Psyllium husk bread

 

Gluten free, wheat free, diary free.
Great source of FIBRE
Soft, moist with a crust.
Super easy & super quick.

Ingredients needed:
1 1/4 cup organic buckwheat flour
5 tbsp psyllium husk powder
2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp sea salt
3 egg whites, whisked
1cup boiling water

Instructions:
Mix dry ingredients together. 
Add eggs and mix until well blended. 
Add boiling water and stir vigorously until wet dough is formed. 
Place on baking sheet, form a loaf.
Bake at 170°C for 45mins.
