Coffee doughnuts/muffins

Looove looove looove these!!!

I am an absolute coffee lover (on and off one haha) so I find these little circles incredible tasty.
Of course they go well with cup of coffee, but also tea :)

Ingredients needed:
chickpea flour
espresso coffee (make a normal STRONG instant coffee)
dates
*the amount depends on how many you want to make and which shape.
Basically the dough needs to be the same consistency like for muffins. Not too solid, not too liquidy.

Instructions:
Blend dates on high speed until you get a paste, add into flour and espresso mix.
Fill up your doughnut mould (if you dont have one, just use muffin cups).
The best is the silicone one which is not sticky.
Bake at 160°C for 10mins.
