Chickpea crackers

This time, something savoury: 
CHICKPEA CRACKERS.
Let me tell you how to make them.

Ingredients needed:
organic chickpea flour
pinch of salt
water
olive oil

Instructions:
Make a dough.
Not too hard, not too soft.
If too sticky, add olive oil.
Roll into thin layer and cut in shapes you prefer.
Add some sesame seeds, red pepper, oregano or chilli on the top.
Bake at 110-130°C for 5-7mins.
Cool down and store in air tight container.

It stays fresh and edible for couple of weeks!!!
